The rates quoted are applicable for single or double occupancy.
The rates quoted are excluding the room night tax, charged every night at 500 Fcfa.
The room night tax is subject to change without prior notice and with immediate effect, according to the Benin fiscal or monetary legislation.

Early check-in: stricly upon availability and rooms will be blocked for the preceding night and invoiced accordingly.
Check in time: 3.00 pm
Check out time: 1.00 pm
Late check-out: strictly upon availability; a late departure fee of 50% will be charged until 6.00 pm and 100% if departure is scheduled later than 6.00 pm on the day of departure.

Non smocking rooms are available.

For a sea view room, please count a supplement of 13.000 Fcfa.

A non guaranteed reservation is released at 4.00 pm on the arrival date.
To guarantee your reservation after 4.00 pm on the arrival day you can use your credit card, pay one night deposit or send us your company voucher (valid for local companies only).
